Accommodation provider agreement


  1. Purpose
    The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the commission structure for bookings made by the Partner on behalf of its guests for services operated by Lakeland Queen 2024 Ltd.
  2. Booking & Billing Process
    1. The Partner will charge their customer 100% of the retail price for the selected Lakeland Queen service (e.g., cruise, package, experience).
    2. The Partner will forward the booking details to the Company through the agreed method:

    3. The Company will confirm the booking in writing.
  3. Commission
    1. The Partner is entitled to a 20% commission on the total retail amount charged to the customer.
    2. The Partner will retain the 20% commission at the time of sale.
    3. The Partner will remit 80% of the retail price to Lakeland Queen 2024 Ltd.
    4. Payment to the Company must be made within 7 days of the booking date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. Cancellations & Amendments
    1. If a customer cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, the Partner will refund the customer according to the Company’s cancellation policy.
    2. If a customer cancels within 48 hours, the booking may be non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the Company.
    3. Commission is payable only on completed services.
  5. Partner Responsibilities
    1. Provide accurate booking information.
    2. Communicate customer requests or changes promptly.
    3. Follow the Company’s pricing, policies, and booking procedures.
    4. Ensure all marketing materials referencing Lakeland Queen services are accurate and up to date.
  6. Company Responsibilities
    1. Provide confirmed bookings for all valid Partner requests.
    2. Supply current pricing and service information.
    3. Provide reasonable support and communication with the Partner.
  7. Term & Termination
    1. This Agreement begins on the date signed by both Parties.
    2. Either Party may terminate the Agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
    3. Any outstanding payments remain payable after termination.
  8. Liability
    1. Each Party is responsible for its own acts and omissions. Neither Party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  9. Governing Law
    1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
  10. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By signing this Agreement, both parties confirm their acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
