Your journey begins with a warm 30-minute welcome from our hosts, who will share captivating cultural stories, including the legendary love story of Hinemoa and Tutanekai—New Zealand’s own Romeo and Juliet, whose union brought peace to Rotorua and the Te Arawa people.
After the welcoming, set sail for an hour-long cruise through the tranquil waters, soaking in breathtaking views that can only be seen from the lake. Enjoy buffet dining, a fully stocked cocktail bar, and drinks on board, making this the perfect blend of culture, history, and relaxation.

Weekend Shows on Friday, Saturday and SundayThis 90-minute journey begins with a 60-minute welcoming session featuring local canapé tasters, followed by a captivating live cultural show that includes a powerful haka, live music, and the full story of Hinemoa and Tutanekai—New Zealand’s true and timeless Romeo and Juliet. Set against the tranquil backdrop of Lake Rotorua, their forbidden love story had a happy ending, bringing peace to the region and shaping the Te Arawa people.
After the show, indulge in a delicious dinner offering a wide selection of local cuisines, including meats, vegetables, and delectable desserts.
