Rates are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% Goods & Services Tax.
Child rates apply to children 6-14 years inclusive. Children 0-5 years are free of charge.
For groups of 1O paying customers or more a maximum of 2 free of charge (F.0.C.) per coach is allowed, where the group contains a guide and/or tour leader. Drivers are F.0.C. if they wish to accompany the group.
For groups of 9 paying customers or less a maximum of 1 F.0.C. per coach is allowed, where the group contains a guide and/or tour leader. The Driver is F.0.C. if they wish to accompany the group. If the group has a driver guide then only one F.0.C. will apply in total.
Groups are required to pre book at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Any amendments to your booking are to be made by 3.00pm the day prior to your arrival. Amendments to be sent to Lakeland Queen’s reservations via fax or email.
If numbers decrease for a reservation on the same day, then a 50% cancellation fee can apply. If numbers decrease for a reservation on the previous day, then no cancellation charges apply.
If the entire group cancels a reservation on the previous day, then no cancellation charges apply. 100% full cancellation fee applies for “NO SHOW’ bookings.
Should the captain make a final decision not to cruise due to unsuitable weather conditions, the meal will still be served on-board the vessel for the convenience of the passengers and no refund will be provided.
